Program Feature: Valley to Valley Homeschool

Alpine Achievers Initiative’s Valley to Valley Homeschool Program delivers supplemental social and extracurricular opportunities to homeschool students (ages 5+) in the San Luis Valley, Arkansas Valley, and Park County areas. From August to May, each semester blends structured blocks of learning and excursions where students explore painting, music, ceramics, yoga, hiking, rock climbing, conservation, team sports, and fun field trips—all with peers and expert facilitators.

Students meet weekly for five hours—longer on excursion weeks—and commit to 90 hours per semester. Families benefit from choice, flexibility, and social connection to support homeschoolers and ensure a dynamic, community-based education.
Programs like V2V let Alpine Achievers Initiative reach students that are not in traditional schools and offer socialization and experiences homeschool students might not otherwise have the opportunity for. Visit the V2V page to find out more about the V2V program, read testimonials, and to enroll.
