Are you ready for your next adventure?

Every year, AmeriCorps members nationwide converge on Southern Colorado to join Alpine Achievers Initiative’s mission of serving rural youth. As a member, you’ll be placed at a picturesque site in South-Central Colorado, providing academic interventions and facilitating out-of-school-time programs.

AAI is accepting applications for our August 2026 cohort!

AAI AmeriCorps members will be placed across schools, after-school programs, and youth-serving organizations in the San Luis Valley and Chaffee County.

Alpine Achievers Initiative is an AmeriCorps grant recipient under Serve Colorado, the state service commission who administers and distributes federal AmeriCorps funding to local organizations like AAI.
