Are You interested in partnering with AAI?

AAI is continually looking for ways to support youth-serving organizations in our region. We have created capacity positions through our AmeriCorps program that organizations would independently manage but that we could leverage AC dollars to support.

AAI provides administrative and funding support for not-for-profit organizations to hire full or part-time AmeriCorps members. Organizations pay a $17,000 partnering fee and AAI matches that with $16,000 of funding that goes directly into the AmeriCorps positions.

There is also additional flexibility with these positions, for example, full-time positions can be paid up to $36,000, so if you were interested in paying a full-time position more than the $23,500, we could increase the partnering fee and still leverage funds to where it would cost you less than a hourly or salaried full-time position.
